Selective/no heart rate data from workout integrations

A handful of workouts that are properly recorded in Strava (using Zwift) have been recorded in Bevel as my accounts are linked, but the heart rate data and ensuing strain are not being properly recorded. Most recently, I did a 2x15 threshold workout, but the only HR data seems to be the 20minutes I spent in zone 2, which corresponds to the 2x10 rest blocks of the workout. The data of the 2x15 where my heart rate reached through zone 3 and 4 are not displayed at all.

Hi Ty McNulty, sorry for the late response. Bevel will pull in data that exists in Apple Health. In this case, it seems like your HR data wasn't imported properly in Apple Health.
How are you syncing your data to Apple Health? Is it via Strava or Garmin?
Ty McNulty
Grey via Garmin, however there’s a chance that this issue was from Strava - I’ve had to turn Strava sync off to keep my data more concise.
My current setup for cycling is
- Import activity into Garmin Connect
- Sync Garmin Connect to Bevel
For Workouts I track via the Bevel app on my watch
For all others (not strength or cycling) I use the native tracking on my Apple Watch.
My Garmin Connect syncs to Apple Fitness and Strava as well. Apple Fitness is not allowed to write to Bevel. My only data sources for workouts are my Apple Watch, Bevel, and Connect. For my heart rate data my only data sources are my Apple Watch, my Garmin Dual HRM, and Garmin Connect.
HR Data for cycling still shows a dotted line but does seem to be more accurate.

If it helps, I was not wearing my watch during this workout, but HR data was tracked continuously via garmin monitor through Zwift. This is pretty common for my cycling workouts - especially outdoors. When I checked this workout in the Apple fitness app the heart rate data was also incomplete (see fourth screenshot). However, the second and third screenshot shows another workout with bad hr data in Apple, but complete data in Bevel. The first screenshot shows an outdoor ride, recorded via garmin HR monitor, Apple Watch was not being worn, with accurate data in the Apple fitness app.
