Randell: Hello, it happened again today.
Randell
Ye Liu Hi, When this happens can you check if the data is in Apple Health already first?
Lets check your Sleep data first. Can you go to Apple Health -> Sleep -> scroll down to Show all data. Screenshot this view for me?
Ye Liu
Randell: Yes, Sleep in apple health works fine. I always check both Sleep and Bevel when I wake up
Randell
Ye Liu Can you send a screenshot of your Data sources in Bevel again for me? Go to Bevel -> Profile -> Data Sources -> Sleep
Also, are you intending to use Auto Sleep along with your Apple Watch to track your sleep? If not, Can you put that in your Hidden Data Sources in Bevel by tapping “Hide Data Sources”
Ye Liu
Randell: Yes I also use auto sleep
Randell
Ye Liu I see. Have you tried pulling down to refresh on the Home view or doing clear cache and reload data by going to Bevel -> Profile -> Scroll down to the bottom
If these doesn't work, please try to refresh your permissions in Apple Health by going to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> Turn permissions Off and On.
Randell
Ye Liu Also, Please go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Calculation. Screenshot this view for me
Ye Liu
Randell: Refreshing does not work. Reopen the permissions neither. It shows the sleep data after I restart my phone btw😅
Randell
Ye Liu: Hmm, that is weird. You shouldn't have to restart your phone for it to reflect on Bevel when the Data is in Apple Health already.
You submitted this report 2 days ago and submitted it again today. Can you observe this behavior for me and see if it's something that is happening often on your end?
I appreciate the updates from you and all your settings setup are correct and are on default so it should work fine just like with other users. Next time it happens, please try to wait as long as possible without restarting to see if it will reflect eventually.
Ye Liu
Randell: OK. I will keep an eye on it. If it happens again I will post here. Thanks for your help!

Randell
Ye Liu: Can you put the one with the timestamp 13/11/2024 (Ye's Apple Watch) as the first source?
You can do that by tapping Edit and rearrange the order
Ye Liu
Randell: Yeah! It’s fixed now! Thanks bro!
Randell
Ye Liu: Thanks for confirming. Glad it is now fixed!
