Strain/Strength Training bug

The last few times I’ve used the strength training feature, the strain on my watch and my phone do not match. My watch showing 65% and my phone showing 28%. I cleared cache and reloaded data, but didn’t fix it. The strength training is also not showing my lifts/total weight or muscle groups like usual. Seems like it’s just basing it off my HR like doing an endurance workout instead of lifting.

Hi Thomas Oglesby, I'd like to follow up on this please

Hi Thomas Oglesby, Can you please go to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Baseline/iCloud, check both if they are synced to the latest?
Same goes for your Bevel phone app, please go to Bevel -> Profile -> iCloud, check if its synced to the latest?
If possible, can you please send a screenshot

Thomas Oglesby: Can you kindly check if the workout details are synced now?

Randell they are not. It’s still showing only 30% and no lift numbers on the strength workout.

Thomas Oglesby: Can you try to force close the Bevel app (swipe up) and see if this will fix it for you?
Also, please try to tap “Resync Health” in the Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon

Randell tried both, still the same issue. My watch is flipping back and forth between 30% and 60% strain.

Thomas Oglesby: This should sync eventually, there are cases where iCloud is getting being buggy and it doesn't sync the data right away. Can you try to restart your phone to see if this will trigger the sync?
Also, on your Bevel Watch app -> Strain -> Scroll down, tap on the workout you did today -> Can you check if all the necessary details for your workout are there?
