Watch app and complications display wrong information/out of sync with iPhone

The Bevel app (pro trial subscription) on my Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS v10.6.1, is displaying incorrect information.
When I open the app, for a 1/4 of a second, the correct information is display like a flash and then it returns to the first screenshot below with all metrics empty or wrong compared to iPhone.
I tried restarting both iPhone and Apple Watch, only Apple Watch, force quitting then opening both app on iPhone and Apple Watch, nothing seems to fix the problem. iCloud sync and Baseline sync indicates it's all good even though for example when I go to the “Primary Sleep“ in the sleep circle (page 2), there is no data.
What can I do that does not involve unpairing-repairing the Watch to the iPhone? It is too much of a headache for me and it should be working perfectly fine like all my other Watch App (including Athlytic) with a connection to the iPhone app.

I’m in the same situation.

森下将吾: Are you using Apple Watch Series 5, watchOS v10.6.1 as well? Have you tried syncing your Baselines/iCloud, tapping "Resync Health" by going to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Resync Health

Randell I’m using an Apple Watch SE (watchOS v10.6.1).
I’ve already performed all the sync steps you mentioned, and they completed without any errors.
Also, the workout plans are synced as menu items only. However, I couldn’t use them either, as they require permission to write to Apple Health…
That said, the permissions have already been granted.
I also tried restarting both my iPhone and Apple Watch and syncing again, but it still didn’t work.

森下将吾: For the workout permission, can you please go to Apple Health -> Sharing -> Apps -> Bevel -> under "Allow Bevel to write" please manually toggle OFF and ON the Workout related permissions. Then see if this will work for you.
Please note that you have to manually toggle it OFF and ON, don't use the "Turn OFF all" "Turn ON all.
See screenshot for reference.

Randell Regarding the workout issue, the situation did not change even after trying the method you provided.
However, data syncing with the iPhone and the widget now seem to be working as expected.
Randell
森下将吾: Try to restart your watch or force close the Bevel app on your watch first and try again for the Strength Builder.
If that doesn't work, I suggest that you try to "re-pair" your Apple watch and phone via this link: https://www.zdnet.com/article/how-to-pair-and-unpair-apple-watch/ this is what most users with the same Apple Watch and Watch OS like yours fixed for them.

Randell The issue has been resolved. Thank you very much!

Hi Aladin Benfatna, Can you please go to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Tap Re-sync Health and see if this will force the sync between your phone and watch app values?

Randell Just tried it and it doesn't seem to do anything
edit: it didn't do anything on the watch but I had to “Clear cache & reload all data“ on my iPhone because the Recovery circle ended up empty after taping the Re-sync Health on Apple Watch
Randell
Aladin Benfatna: Hi Aladin, can you go to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Scroll down to "Send logs", tap it. Once done, please email me at hello@bevel.health for the email address/iCloud you have used to log in to Bevel.

Randell Email sent!
Randell
Aladin Benfatna: Thanks! received it. Please give us some time to check on this.
Also, just to confirm- when you un-pair and pair the watch and phone again this issue gets fixed, right?

Randell Great!
I don't know if the un-pair and pair method would work because I wish not to go through that process to fix the issue
