Same issue. Bevel version 2.2.3, iOS 26

Hi Anthony Jett, we are looking into what's happening here. It appears that for a small subset of users the messages between the phone and the watch are being dropped, leading to the phone being unaware of the started live sync session. We are working on a fix for this and will get it out as fast as possible. So sorry for the frustrations here, this is absolutely not the user experience we are looking for. Rest assured we are actively working on a fix for this.

Dylan All good, it happens. I also started a thread on this. I'll try to delete, but please ignore.

Is your watch also on OS 26? We are trying to find any common thread as to why random devices seemingly just drop messages the way they are.

Hi Bryan Buck, Are you currently on the latest version of the app? can you please confirm? It should be 2.2.2. Please check this by going to Bevel -> Profile, scroll down to the bottom
also, can you please send your logs from both your phone and watch Bevel app? then email me at hello@bevel.health your email address/name that you used to register/log in to Bevel.
- Go to Bevel -> Profile -> scroll down to the bottom, tap "Send logs to developer".
- Go to Bevel watch app -> Gear Icon -> Tap "Send logs".
Please confirm here once you've done it. Thank you!
