In 'Journal,' the Bevel app on iPhone recorded that I didn't achieve 30 mins in zone three during a fast dog walk yesterday. I know I did, and it's recorded in 'Fitness' that I spent 33 minutes in zone 3 (and 15 in zone 4 - it was pretty brisk). It's only happened once, so I'm not worried, but it seemed a bit odd. I still like Bevel very much though. ❤

Hi Liz Harding, Thank you for reporting this. Just to clarify, are you referring to the Heart Rate Zones from Apple Fitness/Apple with Bevel?
Please note that Bevel uses the % of max HR method to calculate your zones.
Apple uses the HR Reserve method to calculate your HR zones. We'll add more options to configure your HR zones automatically in the future. If you want the zones to match, you can manually set your HR zone in Bevel.
Here's a similar Reddit post regarding this: https://www.reddit.com/r/bevelhealth/comments/1e0s5ca/discrepancies_in_hr_zones_between_apple_watch_and/
If you wish to edit out your Heart Rate Zones, you can go to Bevel -> Profile -> Customization -> Heart Rate Zones, toggle off the "Automate Heart Rate Zones, then tap on each zones bpm below to edit it.

Randell, Hi, Thanks very much for responding. Just to clarify though, my heartrate zones are fine, and optimally set. Both of the conflicting measurements were in the Bevel app, not in Apple fitness. It hasn't happened again though, so maybe it was a random phone-related glitch. If I spot the discrepancy again I'll take screenshots.

Liz Harding: Oh I see, gotcha. Please feel free to comment back in here if you experience this issue again, for now, I will close the ticket.
My apologies for the misunderstanding.
