Hydration issue
Jaden
My hydration section in journal has been updated automatically without any notice. I have drank coffee, but I don’t know do other drinks like that apply to the hydration section. For example the app said I logged 6.2 oz of water at 6:57 despite having a class during that time.

Hi Jaden, Can you please go to Apple Health -> Water -> Scroll down to the bottom, tap “Show all data”, screenshot the view for me? I’d like to check which source is writing this
Jaden
Randellheres a ss, I usually don’t drink water in small oz and only log my hydration with 24 ozs every time as that’s how much water my water bottle holds, despite that bevel keeps automatically logging it with tiny amounts such as 159ml. I log it with 8 ounces, so I expect to see 237ml for three times repeatedly, but instead I see tiny numbers(like the ones on August 10)

Jaden: Thank you for the screenshot!
Could you please check your Nutrition dashboard for August 10 in Bevel, match the timestamps, and see which logs appear there that might log these? Share a screenshot if possible
Jaden
Randellyour right, I see milk at 1:50 matching what it says in hydration, but I thought that hydration is only for water? Not other liquids.
Jaden
But why is bevel double logging milk at the same time with different mls?
Randell
Jaden: Hm, it could be the soy sauce glaze for the 7.5 and milk for the 215 at 1:50 PM, then milk and watermelon for the 6:32 PM entry.
Jaden
Randellbut isn’t bevel supposed to only track water for hydration, not other fluids?
Randell
Jaden: If you want to disable the hydration sync between Nutrition and Journal, you can go to Bevel -> Nutrition -> 3 dot icon (Upper right corner) -> Nutrition settings -> under Apple Health, disable or toggle OFF the Water Intake.
Jaden
Randell but is bevel supposed to log all liquids under hydration for nutrition?
Randell
Jaden: Yes, there was an issue before where water or other liquid intake in Nutrition wasn’t syncing to the Journal, but we’ve already fixed it. That’s why you’re now seeing these logs synced from Nutrition to Journal.
And for other liquids that shouldn't be logged as Hydration, we are looking into that.
