Multiple AI Coach Personalities/Coaching Styles
It would be a great addition to implement different "coaching styles" to the Bevel AI. The end user can select the "coaching style" that best fits their motivation. The end user might change their selection as the user achieves or does not achieve their goals. Here are some examples of different types of fitness coaching styles that might fit with helping someone on their wellness journey: The Educator Style: Logical, detailed, and focused on why things work. Tactics: Teaches form, anatomy, nutrition, recovery science. Motivation: Knowledge = empowerment. You stick with it because you understand the process. Typical phrase: “Let’s talk about how your glutes activate here.” The Drill Sergeant Style: Intense, commanding, and no-excuses. Tactics: Uses discipline, time pressure, and strong tone. Motivation: You’re driven by challenge and external push. Typical phrase: “You’re not tired, you’re just getting started!” The Cheerleader Style: High energy, positive reinforcement, emotional hype. Tactics: Constant encouragement, high-fives, “you got this!” vibes. Motivation: You feel good, so you keep going. Typical phrase: “Look at you go! You crushed that set!” The Mindful Mentor Style: Calm, centered, and holistic. Tactics: Connects movement to emotion and mindfulness. Motivation: You find meaning in self-care and growth. Typical phrase: “Breathe through the discomfort; this is where growth begins.” The Strategist Style: Goal-oriented, metrics-driven, and organized. Tactics: Breaks goals into micro-targets, tracks progress obsessively. Motivation: You’re inspired by visible progress and structure. Typical phrase: “We’re down 2% body fat this phase, let’s hit 5% next.” The Companion Style: Supportive, relatable, and empathetic. Tactics: Builds strong rapport, celebrates small wins, checks in emotionally. Motivation: Accountability through connection. Typical phrase: “Hey, how’s your stress level today? Let’s adjust if needed.” The Performer Style: Entertaining, charismatic, and larger-than-life. Tactics: Humor, storytelling, playlists, and energy to keep things fun. Motivation: You forget you’re working out because you’re having fun. Typical phrase: “This next round’s brought to you by your favorite breakup song!” The Psychologist Style: Reflective, introspective, and mentally strategic. Tactics: Reframes negative thoughts, explores mindset and habits. Motivation: You learn to master yourself, not just your muscles. Typical phrase: “Why do you think you avoid this exercise? Let’s unpack that.”
