Additionally, it would be great if the app allowed users to compare graphs of different habits with each other. For example, I would love to be able to compare the frequency of screen usage at night, sugar consumption, and frequency of masturbation to see how these habits correlate with sleep quality and also see how a lack of sleep affect behavior as impulsive behaviors This could provide a much more nuanced understanding of how various habits interact with one another and impact overall well-being. By adding these features, users would not only be able to see the direct correlation between habits and sleep but also analyze specific behaviors in more detail, which would be incredibly valuable for making more informed lifestyle changes.
