The Energy Bank stays way too high all day, no matter how much I train or how little I sleep. For example, after long workouts like a 20 km run, it only goes down a tiny bit. Even on days when I barely get any rest, the Energy Bank sometimes actually goes up instead of dropping like I’d expect. My stress score is always really low (around 10% on average), which I think makes the Energy Bank look better than it should and basically hides how tired I actually am. I’d expect the Energy Bank to show my energy reserves going down in a more realistic way, based on: • the physical effort (like running or being active all day) • and the lack of recovery (poor sleep, no breaks) Other apps I’ve used seem to do this much better, showing the battery steadily dropping through the day, especially after heavy training. If needed, I can attach screenshots of my data to show what I mean.
